Australian and the Philippines a tough but rewarding experienced in capital raising, business creation, team and brand development, including business acquisition and sale in telecommunications, IT software development and BPO.

Early 2010 secured distribution and development partnerships with top-tier CRM, VoIP, marketing automation vendors. From a 35 seat startup, we now have 124 seats in Cebu and 600 seats in JV in Manila. I divested the BPO business in June 2016. We have neutered a team of 25 software developers in Leyte who are recognized as best in class.

My practical experience is in Marketing, CRM, Finance & Accounts, Business Systems, KPO | BPO, Negotiation, Team & Channel Development, General & Risk Management.

I advocate & deliver great CRM and Web Marketing Automation solutions, that means Cloud architecture, fully integrated with e-Commerce, web portal, smart communities, ERP, supply chain management and automated business process & workflow. We walk the talk.

Specialties: Providing a holistic approach to lead generation, nurturing identifying prospects being ready to buy then engagement, opportunity sales close case management & continuing education. Our web marketing automation solution will extend your company regionally and globally, educating identified prospects systematically and instantly knowing when their interest is gaining velocity.

After ten years in the Philippines I returned to Sydney in May 2020. I was not confident the Government could protect myself, family and staff from Covid-19. I am currently setting up a New Start CRM Practice to open early 2022.
